The Transgender Stigma Scale and Gender Thermometer

Transgender stigma scale (alpha reliability of .89, doi: 10.1353/hpu.2019.0089)

1. If I found out that my best friend's child was changing their sex I would not support him/her.
2. Changing one sex is an affront God.
3. Boys who act like girls should be ashamed of themselves.
4. Children should play with toys appropriate to their own sex.
5. Boys who see themselves as girls have a mental health problem.
6. Feminine boys should be treated for their problems by a qualified health professionals
7. I would discourage my son/daughter from having a transgender friend
8. Sex change operation are morally wrong.
9. Feminine boys make me feel uncomfortable.
10. Children are either boys or girls; there should be no middle point.
